The house, in which only a few residential units are located, is located on a quiet street in Wiener Neustadt city center. Through the large old wooden gate you can access the courtyard of the house laid with natural stone pavements. The beautiful travertine staircase with the old refurbished railing of this house leads to the first floor where this apartment is located. The podium of the 1st floor was lovingly laid with the old antique tiles of this house. The anteroom is decorated with a travertine floor. From the anteroom you get to the spacious open kitchen-living room. In the kitchen-living room, the old parquet floor was lovingly prepared. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor, as well as a dishwasher. In the living room, there is a Récamiere, which can also be used as an additional sleeping facility. Thus, if necessary, a third guest (or child) can also sleep. The apartment has a Dyson Cool fan that provides fresh ventilation on hot days. The old wooden doors of this house have been extensively renovated for this apartment. At the door to the bedroom, even the old Musselin glass could still be preserved! On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, which can be used by all residents. Likewise, on the ground floor, there is a nice seating area for our guests. We do not allow to smoke in the apartment (and on the 1st floor). For this, you are welcome to use the seating on the ground floor. On request, you can also rent a parking space for the duration of your stay. The direct connection to Vienna (20 min by train) via the train station is also within walking distance. The overnight stay tax is €2.60 per person per night. The tax is payable in cash or by bank transfer upon arrival. The tax is forwarded by us to the city of Wiener Neustadt. Guest access For our guests we offer a laundry room on the first floor, as well as a nice seating area.
