Bedrooms overlook the pine forest and golf course; the living room and pool face south with no overlooking neighbors. Walk or cycle to the beach, surf spots, golf (200 m), tennis (17 courts, 800 m), treetop adventure park, and cycle paths. Bicycles are available.
