With a view of the Atlantic, the holiday apartment Fewo Arafo in Güímar is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a smart TV with streaming services. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings. Other things to note The apartment offers you a distinctive and modern design. The apartment is a designated non-smoking apartment. It is located on the upper floor of a private house and is separately accessible via an external staircase. I (Tom) live below. I am the owner of the house and of course your contact person on site. 30m² living space plus 20m² terrace offer enough space for 2 people in a bedroom with a large double bed (180 x 200cm), a living area with integrated kitchen and a nice bathroom with shower/bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin. 2 TVs with German satellite TV and smart applications as well as a fast WiFi network round off the comfort. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. I recommend booking a rental car to explore the island and to be flexible from here. A parking space in front of the door is always free. The house is located on the outskirts of Arafo in a cul-de-sac. There is hardly any traffic on the road and the area is very quiet. At night you can practically only hear the crickets chirping. A supermarket is within walking distance (approx. 10 min walk). Larger shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Hiperdino) can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The nearest beach is also about 10 minutes away by car. There are numerous hiking trails nearby and there is an access road to the Teide National Park directly from the village. Basically, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation here, but the location is also ideal for exploring the island on your own. The house is 350m above sea level. It is a 10-minute drive to the highway. At this point you are practically exactly between the south of the island with its typical tourist attractions and the north with the beautiful town of Puerto de la Cruz. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m away.
