The house features: - Two inviting bedrooms—one with a king bed overlooking tranquil waters and the other with a queen bed, ensuring restful nights for all guests. - Two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath. - A chef's kitchen that culinary enthusiasts will love. - Three spacious living rooms where you can relax and collect great memories after exploring Halifax and Nova Scotia! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage during their stay. Additionally, they are provided with a designated parking spot in front of the house for their convenience. For outdoor enjoyment, guests have direct access to Chocolate Lake. Please note the following guidelines: - Water activity equipment is not provided, and guests use the lake at their own risk. Please be aware that there will be no lifeguard attended at the lake. - Security cameras are installed outside of the property for safety and security purposes. - Smoking of any substances inside the house is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of CAD $500. - We have a firm no-pet policy. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of CAD $500.
