The villa is located in a valley sheltered from the wind and impresses with a magnificent garden with roses, olive trees, lemon trees and other Mediterranean plants. From the sun-drenched living room you can directly access the large terrace with swimming pool. Around the 12 meter long pool you can lie in the sun or enjoy the surroundings under the sunroof. The outdoor seating area right next to the swimming pool also offers a cozy place to sit together and enjoy Greek life in the evenings. The spacious outdoor dining area with grill and pizza oven is located under a romantic pergola that provides shade during the day. The dining area is directly accessible from the modern, well-equipped, open kitchen and the living room. The living room with a wonderful view of the sea is modern and offers a particularly cozy atmosphere and a direct exit to the pool and outdoor area. The modern home entertainment system is easy to use and enables atmospheric music inside and outside the house. An international television program can also be received. Behind the living room there is a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Each of the 6 rooms is individually designed, is cooled by a floor air conditioning system plus additional air-condition and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Five of the rooms are located on the ground floor of the house and have their own terrace exit to the pool and a wonderful view of the sea. In the 1st On the first floor is the master bedroom with a large roof terrace from which you can enjoy an incredible view of the entire valley. The first double room (room Poseidon) has direct access to the pool and a great view of the sea. A few stairs further you come to two other rooms (Zeus room and Athene room) both with access to the terrace and the large olive grove. The location of the rooms impresses with the wonderful view of the rose garden and the sea beyond. The fourth double room (Aphrodite room) is on the other side of the house and has direct access to the terrace with a sun-protecting pergola and fragrant lavender bushes. Next door is the fifth double room (Hercules room), which is accessible from the outside and thus offers special privacy. On the first floor is the largest double room (Hera room) with a large, open bathroom and a spacious roof terrace with a lounge area.
