Villetta Stella is a vacation home in the center of Torre Colimena, marina of Manduria. The main entrance is to abeautiful verandawith characteristic vaults, furnished for outdoor dining, dining and relaxing. The secondary entrance is a car gate, leading to thecourtyard behindthe cottage, equipped with an outdoor shower, washing machine, sink, table and chairs, and with enough space to park two cars. The interior of Villetta Stella consists of: living room with dining room, TV and armchairs, kitchenette,1 double bedroom,1 bedroom with two beds, one of whichsleepson 140 cm sofa and the other on futon on loft, 1 bathroom shower. From the kitchen you exit to the back yard, partly shaded with a wooden canopy. Air conditioning is present in the living room and bedrooms. The surroundings of Villetta Stella in Torre Colimena The vacation home for 4 people inTorre Colimenais located in the center of the seaside resort of Manduria, close to the small fishermen`s port and within walking distance of all the main services. Torre Colimena is known for its 16th-century lookout tower a stone`s throw away from which you can immerse yourself in the beautifulSalina dei Monaci nature reserve. Behind the Salina, moreover, there is a long and beautiful free beach with golden sand, dunes scented with Mediterranean scrub and splendid crystal blue sea. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - The water is not drinkable. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 150 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage. If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - The water is not drinkable. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 150. is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer.
