Hello dear guests, WELCOME to the beautiful region of Upper Franconia. We offer a modern holiday home (DHH/4-room) with a feel-good character. The low-energy house is equipped with underfloor heating and living room ventilation throughout the living area. Access to the house is provided via a private entrance, and there are also 2 parking spaces on the premises. The semi-detached house offers equipment with all the necessary elements, comprises more than 100 m², is flooded with light thanks to a spacious window front in the living area and extends over two floors in a quiet residential area directly in 96114 Hirschaid (not barrier-free). On the ground floor of the semi-detached house is the modern, well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, etc.) and the living/dining area, from which you can access the furnished terrace and your own small garden. There is also a guest toilet in the entrance area. On the 1st floor, which you can reach via a staircase, are the 3 bedrooms: 2 of them are equipped with double beds, and the third is a small room with a single bed.
