It underwent a renovation in September 2023 and is furnished with new modern-style furniture, equipped with appliances, TV and free wifi, and diesel heating. It offers valuable and quiet comfort. In the summer, it can offer an outdoor area to enjoy evenings in front of a delicious barbecue. It offers two parking spaces in the private parking lot of the house. Given the location of the property, customers are informed that events involving music, dancing, the use of fireworks and/or noise that may disturb other residents are not allowed inside. Guest access In addition to the apartment, the property also offers 2 parking spaces in the private parking lot, plus an outdoor green area. Other things to note Guests are informed that at check-in the guest must present themselves with up-to-date documents and pay the Host in cash the tourist tax, which amounts to €1.00 per person per night, excluding children up to 10 years old. An extra €20.00 per stay will be applied to each guest for the supply of bed linen, 1 bath towel and final cleaning of the apartment. If the guest does not intend to use this service, they are requested to declare the waiver at the time of booking.
