Chalet Oasis - Swiss Ski Retreat

Our chalet in Bürglen offers you a relaxed retreat in the middle of the Swiss winter landscape. Nearby are the three varied ski resorts Hasliberg (18 min.)Melchsee-Frutt (30 min) and Mörlialp (23 min), which guarantee you pure winter sports pleasure. Enjoy the snowy slopes or end the day with a quiet walk on the nearby Lungerensee. The space This completely renovated and fully furnished 2½-room apartement on the first floor in a chalet is a dream! Everything is very cosy and lovingly furnished with lots of wood. There is a comfortable sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a large king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm with box-spring mattresses. The flat is equipped with a fully-fledged kitchen, which should leave nothing to be desired. From the kitchen and the living room, you can access the spacious, sunny balcony, which invites you to relax and enjoy. Here you will find a dining table and a small seating area. Chalet Oasis is 17 minutes walk from the Kaiserstuhl OW train station, so we generally recommend travelling by car. We provide you with a free covered parking space for your car. The flat is designed for 2 people only. Guest access If you are travelling by car, we have a covered garage space for you right next to the main entrance. As you can see from the photos, the car park is a little narrow. If this is too narrow for you, we can of course offer you another car park as an alternative, which is not covered but is very spacious on all sides. Access to the flat is via a short 7-step staircase. The staircase is wide and of course has a handrail. The house key is deposited in a key safe directly at the entrance on the left. The access code will be sent to you 24-48 hours before your arrival. Other things to note Hasliberg stands out with its altitude and challenging runs, offering a wide variety of pistes including black slopes for advanced skiers. Mörlialp is more compact and family-friendly, ideal for beginners and young children, with affordable lift tickets. Melchsee-Frutt, set in a scenic mountain basin, is particularly snow-sure and perfect for those who want guaranteed powder. Both Mörlialp and Melchsee-Frutt offer opportunities for tobogganing, adding extra fun for families. Beyond skiing, Bürglen offers a range of winter activities. The chalet is a short walk from Lake Lungeren, where you can enjoy winter walks along the shore. Fishing enthusiasts can visit “Fischerparadies Lungernsee” with permits and gear available, even in winter. Fans of "Crash Landing on You" can explore the nearby filming location just 12 minutes from the chalet, with stunning views over the frozen lake. The region also provides easy access to top destinations: Interlaken, Harder Kulm, Jungfraujoch, Titlis, Lucerne with Kapellbrücke, and the ski resorts themselves. By car, Luzern is 30 minutes, Interlaken 38 minutes, and Grindelwald 1 hour. Public transport is efficient, with Kaiserstuhl OW station 15 minutes on foot, connecting to Lungern (6 min), Luzern (1 h), Interlaken (1 h), and Grindelwald (2 h). Switzerland has an excellent public transport system. You can reach the train station in Kaiserstuhl OW in just 15 minutes on foot from your accommodation (check out Google Maps for directions).
