Description

This villa is surrounded by trees, plants, flowers and a landscape in which the region’s vegetables and fruit trees are cultivated. On the ground floor, the house offers a living/dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a sun terrace. The location of the house is ideal as it benefits from being in the countryside while also being close to the historic town of Pollença. The supermarket is also very close by and even stocks some English brands of food. There are many sandy beaches to choose from in the area, all within a 10-20 minute drive. From November to March, we offer the cottage for stays of one month or more. The electricity and heating are then billed separately and a cleaning service can be ordered separately.
