Other things to note Please note: It is a short walk to the beach from this property. Public beach access is about a 3-5 minute walk from the home. Pool Servicing is on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A pool tech briefly comes by to treat and access the pool. This is not an optional service, and it helps keep our pool sparkling clean for your use! *Please Note*: Pool heat can be added for an additional cost. If you are renting this home in the winter, please note that the pool can still be heated, but if the air temperature is below 55 degrees, the pool will not reach a "hot" temperature.
