Each of our bedrooms includes fresh white bedding; while one features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, the other offers a queen bed, both ensuring your ultimate relaxation. Additionally, in the main living space, a versatile daybed awaits, transforming into a king-sized bed as needed. Take advantage of the second full bathroom offering a bathtub with a shower. For your relaxation and enjoyment, step onto our newly constructed wharf, extending 50 ft into the water. It offers a perfect spot to sit and soak in the ocean views, watch the boats go by, work on your tan, or simply relax with a book, especially during the summer months. Paddle around the bay and spot seals using our two kayaks, available from May 1 to Nov 1 (liability waiver required). Outside, on our spacious deck, immerse yourself in the tranquility of our 4-person hot tub, offering breathtaking views of the bay. Perfect for unwinding under the stars after a day of exploring. Park with ease in our two driveways, one of which can accommodate a 30 ft RV and features a 30-amp outlet, making it perfect for RV travelers. While our property includes Wi-Fi connectivity, cable TV has been traded for the serenity of our coastal escape. Prepare for an unparalleled getaway, where every detail has been considered for your utmost comfort and enjoyment. Your adventure begins here! Guest access Guests have full access to the house and property, including all outdoor spaces, the wharf, and the deck with the hot tub. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything our coastal retreat has to offer! The only exception is the unfinished basement, which is unaccessible. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy exploring and relaxing in this beautiful space. Other things to note (1) To ensure the hot tub stays clean and ready for use, we kindly ask that you add a single packet of sanitizer to the tub daily. It’s a quick and simple step, and supplies are provided onsite. (2) As this is a rural property on a septic system, please only flush toilet paper and natural waste. (3) This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Additional amenities for your enjoyment: • There are board games available for fun and entertainment. • A Bluetooth speaker and AM/FM radio are provided for music. • Binoculars are available to watch seals swimming about in the bay. • All televisions are Smart TVs. Please log in to your own streaming services and remember to log out when you leave. We do have accounts for use if you don't have one :) • There is a firepit for cozy evenings, but please bring your own firewood.
