The vacation apartment is on the second floor of an independent real estate unit with a private garden to be shared with the owner, in a historic 18th-century courtyard complex. The house is also home to a newly established farm and a cultural association. The owner lives on the ground floor with her pets. The space The apartment consists of a private entrance with a living room/equipped kitchen and a small sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a full-size bed, a smart TV, a dressing room, and a bathroom with a large shower. Air conditioning and underfloor heating are available. The offer includes a terrace available to guests, covered parking and a fenced garden shared with the owner and maintained by a gardener specializing in wild gardens. Guest access The apartment and the terrace are at guests' complete disposal. It is possible to take advantage of the green area of the property while respecting the creatures that already animate it (cats, bunnies, two little dogs) You can use the second floor as a space for reading, yoga, relaxation or even better, participating in events! Other things to note Pets are absolutely allowed and welcome, but I want to clarify that the garden is already animated by cats and small funny creatures such as bunnies. The owner is in fact a volunteer of an association that recovers abandoned bunnies, so you will find safe fences with bunnies looking for a home. The bunnies are also used to being in the garden, so if you have a dog that doesn't tolerate them, write to me to coordinate. The accommodation is not suitable and is not structured to accommodate families with small children. Via Lazzaretto is a virtuous street home to organic farms, local artisans as well as the green lung of Verona thanks to which you can immerse yourself in the wildest nature through cycle and pedestrian paths and dirt roads to discover the wonderful Adige Sud Park. At the guest's disposal are agreements with bike rental service and tour guide, dear people residing in the neighborhood. I have some standard bicycles that I can leave free of charge but not to minors. The accommodation is about 3 km from the historic center of Verona, 5 km from the A4 Verona Sud highway exit and exhibition center, 12 km from the airport, 1.5 km from Verona Porta Vescovo station, the bus stop that takes you directly to the historic center is 600 meters away. BUS 70-71 The neighborhood of which Via Lazzaretto is part is called Porto San Pancrazio. The neighborhood supermarket is 1.2 km away along with other services such as pharmacy, tobacco, shops. The neighborhood pastry shop will conquer your palate with sweets and croissants (also vegan) On the street there is a typical restaurant that will cook excellent risottos (even vegan) I can't serve breakfast as I'm not a bed & breakfast, but the neighborhood bakery delivers to your door like it used to, so you can order what you need by contacting them directly.
