Property Highlights - Ocean Views from Balcony - Community Pool & Hot Tub - Elevator in Building - Inside the Wild Dunes Resort in Ocean Club - Free High Speed WiFi Please note that every reservation will be required to sign an independent vacation rental agreement. The space Plan the ultimate escape at this stunning and very spacious Ocean Club Villa in Wild Dunes. The owners have thought of everything to make sure that you and your family will have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. This Villa is extremely well equipped including beach towels for the guests. The Ocean Club is a beautiful, luxury gated community with a beautiful resort style swimming pool, hot tub, grills and direct beach access. If you like to stay active while you are on vacation, you can enjoy running through Wild Dunes, going for bike rides, playing playing tennis or playing golf on one of the two golf courses. Although you are not able to use the swimming pools at the hotels in Wild Dunes, you are able to enjoy the restaurants and a day at the spa! When you enter the condo, have an entrance hall which leads you to the large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with sliding doors to a large balcony. The Master suite is just off the living room with access to the balcony. The Second bedroom and bathroom is also off the living room and has a private balcony. The third bedroom with twin beds and full bath and a small balcony on the other side of the condo just off the kitchen. The half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer are both just off the entrance hall. ​​​​​​​*Please Note: Absolutely No Pets or Golf Carts are permitted on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed. This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival. Guest access The entire condo and porch. The pool and beach access are shared with other guests and owners of The Ocean Club Villas. Other things to note Please note: There is a property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited. Power/ weather related cancellation: We do not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, we will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
