Rental Agreement & Security Hold 🔑 To keep everything clear and secure for both guests and hosts: 📌 Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking to finalize your stay. 📌 Last-minute bookings: Agreement must be completed at least 24 hours before check-in. 📌 Security Hold: A $150 off-platform security hold is required and: ✔ Is initiated when the Rental Agreement is signed ✔ Is not placed until 2 days before arrival ✔ Is released 7 days after checkout, pending no damages We use OwnerRez, a secure hotel-style system, to manage agreements and deposits safely.
