Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo, with the exception of a few locked owner storage cabinets. Other things to note Guest Access & Helpful Details 🌊✨ Guests have access to pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers across the Pinnacle, Schooner and Mariner buildings, plus on-site laundry and nearby dining and tiki bars. Please note: Front desk services and water slides are not included. What’s Provided 🏡 Starter supply of essentials: toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Additional items may be needed for longer stays. Rental Agreement & Security Hold 🔑 A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking (24 hours for last-minute bookings). A $100 security hold is required, placed 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after checkout if no damages. By booking, you agree to these terms.
