Other things to note **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** House Rules: 1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. 2. No smoking/vaping 3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window. 4. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 11:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed. 5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges. 6. ONLY TWO PARKING SPACES PERMITTED FROM MAY THRU OCTOBER, if the lot is full there is a Sea Winds overflow lot across the street. Parking permits are required.
