It's located a short drive to the very best landmarks, restaurants, and night spots the city has to offer. This bungalow is stocked with all the essentials you need and is truly a home away from home! Walk to a brewery, Family Dollar and nearby Hapeville shops & restaurants! The space The house is a charming custom home with high ceilings, large windows and modern wood grain tile floors, with a large living room. There is a private front patio to relax and unwind after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking basics. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination with the shower head activated by pulling down the ring at the end of the tub spout. The washer and dryer for this unit is located in the basement and is solely for the guest in this unit. PLEASE NOTE, the basement is not finished Guest access There is a driveway where guests can park. However, you will be sharing with the next door unit. There really can be only one car in the driveway or else the other car will be blocked in. We are going to pour a parking pad in the front of the home in the near future. In the meantime, you can still park in the front of the porch, it is just not an official paved driveway as of yet. There is also street parking available off of Sims St.
