The unit sleeps six people, and is located on the 4th floor, just around the corner from the elevator for easy access to all the resort’s amenities. As you enter, you’ll find the bedroom, featuring two cozy queen beds and charming nautical décor. It has a small closet and a cable TV to watch your favorite shows. The modern, updated kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with all necessary kitchen essentials and appliances, including a dishwasher! It has everything you need to prepare delicious meals after a day of fun at the beach. In the bathroom, you’ll find a starter set of toiletries and one set of towels for each guest. The airy, light-filled living/dining room offers breathtaking ocean views through floor-to-ceiling window. The queen-size sleeper sofa provides a front-row seat to those who love greeting the sunrise. Enjoy meals at the dining table or start your mornings at the cozy coffee nook. A second cable TV is available here for your entertainment. Step out onto your private balcony to soak in uninterrupted views of the ocean—ideal for morning coffees, evening drinks, or simply unwinding to the sound of the waves. Guest access Guests will have full access of the entire condo. Other things to note 1 parking pass is allotted per stay. Pest control comes the last week of each month. This unit is managed off-site. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. We provide a set of bath towels per person per stay. -The water can take some time to heat up when the occupancy is low at the resort. The front desk has mentioned it sometimes takes up to 15 -20 min in the winter. This is not something we have control of unfortunately. Please note:-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late or cancel your stay.
