Step directly from the back deck onto the sand. This 4-bedroom home offers an unbeatable beachfront location on the north end of Pawleys Island. This light, open and cozy cottage embodies the quintessential Pawleys Island charm. Recent renovations have brought a fresh touch to the family room and kitchen, which now features brand new appliances, while the bedrooms and loft have been updated. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Main Floor has King bed, Queen bed and a Queen bed. Upstairs Loft is a Dorm Style with 4 Double beds, 2 on either end, perfect for kids with games with books to enjoy. The large upstairs loft is an ideal space for kids, offering plenty of room to play and enjoy the provided games and books. The huge deck is the perfect spot for parents to watch the kids playing on the beach, all while relaxing in a porch rocking chair with a cold drink. Enjoy reading, napping or simply listening to the waves from the comfort of a hammock. After a fun day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, which features both hot and cold water, adding another convenient shower option. Mimis Cloud is a beach lover's dream. Book your stay at Mimis Cloud and experience the ultimate beachfront vacation at Pawleys Island. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
