House of Mirth - Near Ocean The space Welcome to House of Mirth! This charming 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat blends comfort, style, and modern convenience for the perfect Pawleys Island getaway. The home has been fully renovated and thoughtfully decorated with artistic custom finishes throughout. Three of the four spacious bedrooms feature their own private en-suite bathroom. On the main floor, you’ll find a King bedroom and a Twin room, with a shared Jack & Jill Bathroom, while upstairs offers two bedrooms, each with two Queen beds—ideal for families or groups. The vintage-inspired kitchen combines nostalgic charm with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. After a day of beach fun, gather on the large, screened porch, or head up to the crow’s nest for cocktails and breathtaking marsh sunsets. With two living rooms, the house is designed for togetherness and relaxation. The second living space, complete with a large sectional, is perfect for family movie nights or game time. Best of all, beach access is just a short 3-minute walk away! Small dogs are welcome in the off-season with homeowner approval. Whether you’re planning a cozy long weekend (just a 3-night minimum in the off-season) or a weeklong stay, House of Mirth offers a stylish and inviting retreat to enjoy Pawleys Island year-round. Bookings arriving between September 1st through March 31st will be provided: Linens and Towels Complimentary Coffee and Tea Beach Chairs Small dog upon owner approval Bookings arriving between April 1st through August 31st - will not receive the above referenced items. Linens and Towel packages can be rented or vacationers may bring their own. Other things to note - Guest renting property must be 25 years or older and is fully responsible for the property during stay - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY OR ON ANY DECKS, BALCONIES, AND/OR PORCHES - NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS - number of guests cannot exceed the occupancy of the property. Overcrowding/over occupancy will result in termination of the reservation. - DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE - Guests shall not rearrange or move the furniture. Any damage or if it is necessary for the Property Management company to move furniture back to its original location will be at the cost of the guest. - Check-in Instructions: check-in is at 4:00pm on date of arrival and you will come to the Property Management office and pick up your check in packet if your property is keyed. If your property is keyless, your keyless code will be emailed to you 2 days prior to arrival and will be activated at 4pm on day of arrival. DO NOT go to the property as this will delay your check-in time. - Checkout Instructions: checkout is at 10:00am no exceptions. If your property is keyed, your will drop off your keys at the Property Management Office by 10:00am. If your property is keyless, please use the code provided at check in to lock the property upon your departure. Before departure, put all trash in plastics bags and place in the outside garbage containers or dumpster. Wash all dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before leaving. Strip beds of linens and put mattress pads and comforters back on. Place rented linens on front porch in a bundle or in the blue bags provided. Check carefully for clothing and personal items before you depart. There is a handling fee plus the cost of shipping to return your items. Securely lock the property upon departure.
