(Main house sleeps 8, adjoining guest house sleeps 6!) The space The home has high speed Wi-Fi. Guest House- bedroom 1 with 2 Queen beds and full bath with tub/shower combo. Kitchenette, living room, desk and seating area, queen sleeper sofa, wifi. Main house Bedroom 2 (Master) bedroom-king bed, private attached bathroom with walk-in shower, smart TV, views of Lookout Mountain. Bedroom 3- king bed Bedroom 4- queen bed, sliding door deck access. Basement sleeping area (Bedroom 5)- 2 twin fold-away beds, private bathroom with shower, sitting area, work station, fireplace. Bathroom 3- tub/shower combo, double sinks, main level shared by bedrooms 2 & 3. Living room- smart TV, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors to large deck and mountain views. Dining- 2 dining tables adjoining the living room, one seats 8 and one seats 4. Outdoor dining table seats 6 as well as sunroom table seats 4. Sunroom- Furnished with couch, 2 comfy chairs, glass-top table with 4 chairs, and 3 walls of windows overlooking the beautiful grounds. Outdoor- Property is private, partially fenced, and has access to 24 acres of hills with grassy clearings and wooded areas. There are marked paths as well as areas to explore. Pond is accessible downhill 200 yards from the home via a walking path or driving down to the end of the driveway. Fire pit on the crest of the ridge with seating. Guest access Access to both the main home (4 bedrooms) and the guest house (3 queen beds, kitchenette and bath). Access to property grounds, 24 acres of trails and pond. Other things to note Our home is on 24 acres, many of which are wooded with private trails throughout. There is a pond down the hill from the home. We are a family friendly home and enjoy hosting guests of all ages, however we suggest children be supervised at all times on the property. We are unable to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs, but are happy to point you to area attractions while you await your check-in time if you arrive to the area early. *To keep our property clean and ready for each group of guests, we have a thorough and methodical personal housekeeper that adheres to health and safety standards. The property is often rented back-to-back and we require use of all time between guests to prepare for you.
