No loud and wild parties. if you must have a party or gathering, then you have to let the host know prior to booking. Please keep property clean at all times. No smoking in the building. Guests can smoke at the porch/deck. ID must be presented prior to checking in. Also there exist a basement that is completely independent from the main house that sometimes has a tennant in it.
