Other things to note -Please not packages will not be delivered to this address. With the shared driveway access delivery trucks cannot find the property. -Cabin can be a little tricky to find the first time but I have a pre-recorded video showing you exactly how to find it :) make sure to watch that on check-in day! -The cabin is built into a hillside and the driveway is steep. This provides for some amazing wooded views from the cabin, but you should be aware that this is typical for cabins in the mountains. -The road leading to the cabin is a gravel drive that can be bumpy, but the driveway to the cabin is paved. -The concrete stairs leading to the main door of the house are narrow, but there is easy access to the house through the basement door or the front stairs leading to the top porch. We encourage you to bring your luggage through either of those doors. -This cabin is in the woods, so there is a lot of nature around. You may hear bird song, roosters crowing, or the flowing creek. There may also be birds' nests on some of the outdoor lights, and spider webs on the decks. Even though we remove the webs frequently they often rebuild overnight. -Being in the mountains also means during storms or ice we sometimes loose power. The power company works quickly to restore power. We also have flashlights in drawers in the kitchen.
