Enjoy a unique and charming stay at this sweet apartment in northeast Florida with marsh views. With so much to do and see, everyone will be entertained at this convenient location. Spend your days on the beach by renting water equipment to kayak, paddleboard, sail, fish, and do every other waterfront activity imaginable. Other things to note Arrival: Check in is at 4pm but we will try our best to accommodate early check-ins, if possible.  Please note late check outs are not available. We will send you a text if your home is ready before 4pm. Your rental is supplied with linens and bath towels along with starter items for the first few days of your stay; several dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Your rental is on a septic system so please use only provided toilet paper or 1 ply paper.  Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided.  Your rental is equipped with a coffee maker. We look forward to hosting you! Pine Trail Unit A is located down Pine Trail Rd on the left. It is the garage apartment labeled 480 A. The city is doing construction at the end of the road, but off the property.  Kitchen: Comes equipped with 2 burners for stove top cooking and a microwave. There is not a stove. If alarm is accidentally set off due to cooking, enter code 1315 on box. Do not press anything else.  2 Induction burner  Cooking 1. Position convection rack on turntable in microwave oven,close the door. 2. Touch Convect keypad, use arrow keypad to enter CONVECTION COOK RECIPES, then press Select keypad. 3. Use arrow keypad to select food item, Press Select keypad again, touch START to begin preheat. After preheat, place baking dish with food on convection rack, then touch START to begin cycle. 4. For example, to select the Beef Roast setting, touch CONVECT once, press Select keypad to enter convection cook recipes, then use arrow keypad to select Beef Roast. NOTE: Microwave oven cavity, inside of the door, convection rack, and baking dish will be hot. Use oven mitts to remove the dish and to handle the hot convection rack.   No beach towels are provided, please bring your own.  Trash Day: We ask that you pull the trash can to the end of the driveway on Wednesday evening and back in on Thursday. Thank you for your help with this! Departure: We strive to maintain our homes and keep everything in working order. If you noticed anything during your stay that needs attention in the home please let us know by texting our guest service number. We ask that you take all trash to the outside trash area, start the dishwasher, empty the fridge, and secure all the windows and doors upon departure. Our housekeeping team handles all of the laundry so there is no need to worry about washing linens or towels. It was a pleasure hosting you on Amelia Island!
