The open-floor plan of the main living space and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. There is a gorgeous sun room with expansive windows that allows guests to take in the wooded views and helps to fill the home with natural light. It is a wonderful spot for playing board games or relaxing with a book. You'll also love relaxing on the comfortable sectional sofa in front of the large TV. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for eight as well as a few more bar stools at the kitchen counter. The newly upgraded kitchen has plenty of storage and prep space. The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options.
