Private Luxury Suite 2 BR 1 Bath-LR mini kitchen

Spacious luxury suite with two bedrooms and one bath. The primary bedroom features a Queen size bed and cozy living area with sofa, 55" Smart TV, and kitchenette. The desk/ table also serves as a remote work space. The second bedroom has 2 comfortable Twin XL beds with dresser, closet, and TV. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms - complete with fluffy white towels and a bath to soak your cares away. Feel at home in this bright and welcoming space! The space This is a guest apartment located in my home in a a quiet upscale neighborhood. You will be assigned a garage door opener and will come and go through the garage. The guest suite is upstairs where you will find a large bedroom with living area, mini kitchen, ( mini fridge, microwave/ airfryer and toaster) 55 in TV and dining/workspace. Second bedroom has two extra long twin beds with dresser and full closet. There is a full private bathroom located between the two bedrooms. NOTE: This is not a full kitchen. It is a mini kitchen with the appliances listed above. You will go up two flights of 7 stairs to access the guest apartment. Both bedrooms and bathroom are private. Guest access You will be assigned a garage door opener which you will use to come and go during your stay. The entrance area is shared. The upstairs guest apartment is private. Parking is at the very top of the driveway in front of the gate and always as far to the left as you can comfortably go. Other things to note This is a guest apartment in my home. Others will be residing on seperate levels. Expect normal sounds of life going on. There may be pets present as well. The price you pay per night is for two guests. More than two guests will be charged $20 a night per guest. There is a pet fee that has not been collected with your reservation. The pet fee is per pet per night. This fee is $10 for pets 20 lb and under and $20 for pets over 20 lbs. There is also an extra guest fee. Guests invited over the number on your original reservation are $20 per person per day or night. Pets must be house trained. Please use the throw provided to protect furniture and bedding if you elect to allow your pet to sit on these areas. Please do not allow pets to roam unleashed without you. Disposable utensils, plates, bowls, coffee cups and condiments are provided on a complimentary basis. These are NOT on demand! Please be aware of this before booking your stay. There are convenient and local places to buy supplies as the need arises.
