You will be about 8 minute walk to the NE corner of the FSU campus and only a 18 minute walk to FSU Doak Campbell Stadium. Conveniently located to Down Town area. You will also enjoy many restaurants within walking distance. FAMU campus is within a short drive. The space You will have the convenience of onsite parking. You may relax either on a King or Queen size bed. Smart TV with Netflix and other apps. is provided for you. You will have the convenience of on site washer/dryer. We provide Essentials to make your stay more comfortable (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, etc.) Newly Renovated! Guest access For your convenience the home is secured with a Smart Lock. Upon arrival the Lock screen will be dark. Place only one finger over the screen to activate it. Enter the personal code provided to you and then press the orange check mark on the bottom right of the screen. The door will unlock turning the check mark to green. Upon leaving, close the door and follow the previous steps. Other things to note This is a Pet friendly home. 2 pets are allowed under 50 lb. Pet fee: $100 for the first pet. $50 for the second pet per stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the beds. Please pick up any pet waste and dispose of it appropriately.
