With its prime location near the Atlanta Motor Speedway, this home is an excellent choice for race enthusiasts and vacationers alike. The space Master bedroom - King size bed suitable for 2 people, flat screen TV located in the armoire. Master bathroom has a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom Two - Queen size bed suitable for 2 people, flat screen TV Bedroom Three - Queen size bed suitable for 2 people flat screen TV Guest access Guest will have access to the entire home and patio area. Other things to note City and neighborhood noise ordinance in effect from 11:00pm – 7:00am. No loud noises are allowed during these times. We are located in a residential neighborhood and must be mindful of the rules and regulations. If any noise violations occur and any “house rules” are broken this is considered a breach of contract AND you may be required to vacate the premises immediately (even if your booking goes for longer). Maximum Occupancy: 10 Guests. Pets allowed: 1 dog of any size. Early check in and/or late check out may be possible but must be requested by guest and approved by host in writing and will incur a fee. Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. There is no daily cleaning service. Trash pick-up is every Monday. If guests are staying overnight on a Sunday they must take large city trash bins to the street curb on Sunday evening. There is a pool guy and a gardener coming every week. They don't need to enter the house to maintain the pool and garden. Please note that the pool will be available for usage by the end of May, after Memorial Day. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
