The space Guests are invited to utilize the entire property which includes parking spaces for up to 4 cars/2 RVs, a large front porch with swing and multiple BBQ grills around the property (propane gas, charcoal, electric, tabletop!) with eating areas, and a spacious 2 acre back yard all with hi speed WiFi coverage, & complete with an outdoor fire pit! Set up the pickle ball portable net on the parking concrete pad for some fun outdoors! Inside Southern Luxuries Farmhouse you will find sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people, 4 Roku Smart TVs & online Xbox for entertainment with a fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: 1. Bonnie Blue Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, Loveseat, TV with Roku, and Electric Fireplace Insert. 2. Scarlett Bedroom: 1 King Bed, sound machine, TV with Roku, Electric Fireplace. 3. The Master's Bedroom: 1 King Bed, TV with Roku, Large Walk-in Closet contains 1 roll-away twin bed and 1 queen size, 1 twin size air mattress. Sliding Glass Doors lead out to private shaded deck for 2 overlooking back yard with table & 2 chairs. Back Door leads to private wood deck leading to driveway from paved road under Southern Live Oak tree. 4. The Bedchamber: 1 Twin DayBed, Dedicated Workspace with desk & chair, WiFi printer, plus Dressing Table with chair and makeup mirror, with its own attached private 1/2 bath with the traditional pitcher and bowl for washing up 😊 from the pedestal sink and medicine cabinet! Full Bathroom: Double Jack and Jill Vanity with Archway Separating the Bathroom area with handicap height toilet and tub/shower combo.
