It underwent a total renovation recently with new electric, plumbing, kitchen with granite and Bosch Dishwasher, LVP flooring throughout, can lights everywhere. The main level has the kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, eat in area, eat-up bar, family room with wood-burning stone fireplace, Downstairs bathroom with bidet toilet seat, custom vanity and tile, Grohe faucets, amazing shower system. It also has 2 small bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a queen bed. The hardwood step treads take you to the loft game room with lots of fun games for everyone to enjoy as well as a full laundry with a front loan, high capacity Electrolux washer and a GE front load dryer. The two upstairs bedrooms are massive and bedroom one is set up with 2 sets bunkbeds that have a queen on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a massive walk-in closet and a large wall mounted smart tv. The second bedroom is equally as large with a King bed and a huge walk-in closet with a mounted flat screen tv. The hall bath has a custom vanity, full tile shower/tub, Grohe faucet and a nice shower system. Outside you will find a fire pit with amazing Lake Views, a deep water boat dock, a boat ramp. I also provide both adult and kid's cane poles for fishing, as well as some noodles for floating around. At night visit the beach at sunset. It is amazing!
