This space has it all and is the perfect get away! Private driveway with room for a boat! Public access down the street to launch boat and pull up to dock! Two Kayaks and a paddle board to use for your enjoyment! The space Plenty of room inside and out for family and friends to enjoy. You will walk into an open concept kitchen and living room. In the living room you get a beautiful view of the lake where there are French doors that lead to the large deck overlooking the yard and lake. There are three bedrooms, two queens and a king, and two full bathrooms on the first floor, which includes the master suite! There are two sliders in each bedroom that also bring you to the large deck! Down stairs you walk into the very large and open basement where there is a bar with a tv, another space with a pull-out couch and tv, and a table for eating, playing cards, and board games! In addition to this fun space, there is a full bathroom and the bunk room with two twin bunk beds for a total of four beds. Stepping through the glass doors, out of the basement you will find a comfortable patio to lounge and relax. We do have a fully fenced in yard for kids to stay safe. The fence is about 4 feet high. As you walk down to the private beach, there is a large doc with space to eat and hang out, swim, and dock your boat! There is a boat ramp down the street and plenty of room to park a trailer in the driveway! These are meant to cover your basic needs for the first day or two. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.
