An outside dining area on the private deck features a grill and Edison lights. The office / bonus room over the garage is great for remote work. Enjoy our fast gigabit WiFi internet connection. The home has a full laundry with washer and dryer. The home has two and a half baths: The primary bedroom has its own full bath and the remaining two bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" full bath. The enclosed garage can accommodate 2 cars; several more cars may be parked in the driveway. Other things to note Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in. Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $70 and an additional fee of $20 per pet per day.
