Compact in size, with all the amenities of home, fully covered porch, outdoor soaking tub, gas grill and cozy firepit you will never want to leave this unique cozy getaway! The space A long curved gravel drive through the trees will take you up to the top of the hill. Inside, there is a main level bedroom with high ceilings, a King bed, dresser, and a smart TV. The hallway has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main level full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, beautiful granite countertops, bar seating for two, and a coffee bar! The living room has a sofa bed, chair, end tables, and another smart TV. The second bedroom is an open sleeping loft accessible by stairs with a double bed and a twin bed! The loft does have a very low ceiling. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains from the loft, living room, and kitchen. Outside you will enjoy the views from the covered porch and deck offering outdoor dining and lounging areas. Grill up dinner on the gas grill then enjoy S'mores around your own fire pit area complete with comfy Adirondack chairs. Relax or cool off in the outdoor soaking tub and have fun with a selection of indoor and outdoor games including disc golf and horseshoes. Outside, the parking area, fire pit area and walking path in front of home and between the porch stairs, grill, and outdoor tub have all been landscaped with gravel. With only one other home in the ridge, and no thru traffic, Spotted Deer is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. Uphill gravel drive can be a bit bumpy and steep so please keep this in mind when booking and drive slowly! Pricing varies slightly based on the number of guests.
