Parking is available on the premises and you can park up to 2 vehicles. We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Utilize my service and knowledge as you may. We are happy to provide recommendations so you can live like a local! This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $35. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. **We do not provide a daily linen service.** We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay: Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi Coffee products and add-ins Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap) Dish/Laundry Detergents Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. This is not a party house.
