Ground-floor entry with a King bed, a queen pull-out, and a great peekaboo view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room or patio. Conveniently located to ocean, pool & restaurant. Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay. Villa by the Sea has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards. ACCOMMODATES: 4 PLEASE NOTE: ***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the unit at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
