Any special event must be pre-approved and must end by 9pm. A guest is anyone at the property, staying the night, or just visiting. Minors need to have a responsible adult present. Parking: Two parking passes are provided for the building parking lot. Additional parking is available on the adjacent streets. Pets: No pets allowed . Smoking: No smoking inside. Eating: Please eat in the kitchen and dining rooms only. Other: No outside appliances permitted.
