During cooler weather, temperatures may vary due to system limitations. • Due to severe allergies, no animals are permitted on the property. • The owners occasionally enjoy this home. Due to documented medical conditions, the presence of animals, including assistance animals, would pose a serious health risk to the owner. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate any animals on the property. • For the safety of our guests and in compliance with insurance requirements and HOA regulations, outside hibachi services, mobile grilling vendors, and smoker/catering companies using outdoor cooking equipment are not permitted on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone. Guest access Guests will receive an access code a few days prior to their stay. Entry to the home can be made through three convenient locations: the front door, the garage entry door, or the elevator. Our home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a day at the beach with our beach chairs and toys, or relax in the pool area, complete with a dining space and plenty of seating. For a change of scenery, hop in the car and visit Folly Field Beach or head over to the Westin Resort for breakfast or a rejuvenating day at their luxurious spa. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a KitchenAid stand mixer, an electric griddle, dishes, cups, starter kits of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and all the essentials. For larger groups, we provide two refrigerators and freezers for added convenience. Each bathroom is stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, and starter packs of soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
