Nestled off the main street in downtown Southampton, you'll be within walking distance of local restaurants, bakery, shops, and brewery. **Unique and Comfortable Loft Living** The Loft offers a unique and inviting space featuring a double bed, open-concept living area, kitchenette, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. **Perfect Location for Beach Lovers** In the spring and summer, enjoy a leisurely stroll to the nearby white sandy beach. Relax and unwind as you listen to the gentle waves of Lake Huron. **Private Outdoor Space with Convenient Parking** The Loft comes with a spacious driveway for free on-site parking and a private, gated backyard. Fire up the BBQ during the summer and dine outdoors in your own secluded space. **Important Information** Please note that we do not provide linens, bath towels, bedding, or pillows. Guests are required to bring their own for the duration of their stay. We do provide essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and basic cooking supplies. While laundry is not available on-site, there is a laundromat conveniently located just around the corner. Guest access We have implemented a keyless smart lock system for a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience. No need to worry about losing keys! The Loft is located above a detached garage. Climbing stairs is required to reach the entrance You will receive a unique access code one day prior to your arrival.
