Sleeping Arrangements: - Master Family Suite: Luxurious King Bed with adjoining kids room that has two twin beds. Includes large private master bathroom with heated floors, double shower and huge Kohler tub. - Bunk Room: Custom built bunk beds with two twin beds on top and two queen beds on bottom. Includes dedicated bathroom with large walk in shower and double sinks. - Guest Room: Queen bed with adjoining bathroom. - Landing Bedroom: Queen bed with adjoining bathroom. Living Space: Open-concept design with tall ceilings, spacious bedrooms, and huge windows showcasing sunset lake views. Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar. Outdoor Living: Expansive rooftop deck and 3 seasons room with panoramic lake views. Water Activities: Direct access to Lake Michigan, Silver Beach is just one block away! Entertainment: Billiard room with Point O Woods bar that was sat at by golf legends (including Tiger Woods!), rooftop deck, board games, and a selection of books. Local Attractions: Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, Harbor Shores Golf Course, Lake Michigan Fishing charters, weekly farmers market every Saturday in the Summer, multiple festivals downtown, and several wineries within a short drive. Guest access The best access is in the rear of the building. There is a white door with “306A” marked on it to access the home. When you enter you can either ride the elevator or walk up the stairs to the home. There is a two car garage that guests can park two vehicles. Additional parking is available downtown. Other things to note Parking: You will have access to the attached garage which will fit two cars/mid-sized SUV's. Additional parking is located in the public lots and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to check posted signs for any parking fees or time restrictions as there are both free and pay to park lots located nearby. The nearest public parking lot is located directly across from the building entrance. Between May 15th - September 15th there is a fee of $1 per hour or $12 per day. The nearest free public parking lot is located two blocks away (to the East). Between September 16th - May 14th all public parking lots are free.
