The home includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, private pool and jacuzzi, outdoor patio with BBQ area, basketball court, gated parking, and peaceful balcony spaces overlooking lush tropical scenery. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the El Yunque region, guests can enjoy fresh mountain air, nearby rivers and beaches, and the relaxing atmosphere that makes Rio Grande and Luquillo such special destinations. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including the private pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, outdoor patio, BBQ area, balcony spaces, and gated parking area. Whether you’re planning a relaxing family vacation, a tropical getaway with friends, or a peaceful retreat near nature, Mariyoliana is yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Mariyoliana is designed for relaxing vacations, family gatherings, and peaceful tropical escapes. To help maintain the comfort and atmosphere of the property, overnight stays are limited to registered guests only. A maximum of 12 visitors are allowed on the property at one time, with accommodations for up to 6 overnight guests. Small dogs under 25 lbs are welcome with a $25 per pet, per day fee.
