Additionally, there are two queen size Tempur-Pedic pull out sofas in the house along with multiple TV's. One pull out sofa is in a private penthouse loft and the other is in a nook off the kitchen. You'll enjoy multiple decks for sitting, dining, reading, sunning or grilling or looking for Block Island in the distance. Green Hill is a quiet enclave that allows for the most relaxing vacation yet world class restaurants and shopping of all types are just a short drive away. There is a doorbell camera as well as a camera on the front of the property. For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
