There is a main house upstairs with a private entrance that is independent of the apartment. There is dedicated parking in the circular drive for the apartment guests. Other things to note This property is located at the back of a very quiet subdivision on a cul-de-sac that backs to trees and a creek. The apartment is close to shopping, 5 minutes from the Mall of Georgia, restaurants, and 15 minutes from Lake Lanier. It is located conveniently between I-85 and I-985. This home hosts two separate and private units that may or may not be utilized by other guests. We have added soundproofing between the apartment and the main house floor to help reduce and hopefully eliminate sounds from the other unit. When we stay in the house or apartment we rarely see others coming or going. You will love this home away from home.
