Things to Know: •Please note, we have an additional pull-out sofa in the semi-finished basement. It can sleep 2. •The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, appliances, coffee, tea, and basic spices. (Keurig and drip coffee maker are provided.) •We are dog-friendly (fees do apply). We have neighbors with dogs who often walk by the cabin. • We are located in a rural area, surrounded by trees, however, we have neighbors. Please be respectful. • Children are welcome! Please note that the house is not fully childproofed. We do have plug covers in the loft area, but not in the rest of the house and there are no child locks on cabinets, doors, windows, etc. • A baby gate and a pack-n-play are available. • The loft bedroom is only accessible via ladder and is not ideal for toddlers as they will want to climb the ladder (my 1-year-old nephew is the reason for this note) and we do not have a way to block it off. • We have a private office space in the basement. It is complete with a desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and HDMI cables. Please leave the space as you found it. If office equipment is missing, you will be charged. • There is an exterior camera pointed towards the driveway. • There is no smoking permitted inside the cabin or on the porch.
