One of the original Sundance Mountain cabins, Wildflower serenely sits in a special location in harmony among the pines and aspens. Yet, it’s easy to find and a five minute stroll to Sundance Resort, just a five minute drive, where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing. Relax on the main deck while the sunrise brings the mountains to life and then move to the sunset deck for a soak in the hot tub and watch the stars come out over Mount Timpanogos. A wide open floor plan welcomes you into a gorgeous kitchen, massive dining table, lounge-worthy living room and a huge window offering amazing views. Wildflower is a large 3000 sf house with three levels, yoga loft and mud room. Room details and layout  Main level has mudroom and half bath  Upstairs has two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private decks, a yoga loft, and kid cubbies for imaginative play space  Downstairs has is a wide open hang space with ping pong table, full bathroom, and sleeping area with two queen beds and two twin bunk beds. You will have this dwelling to yourself along with beautiful decks, grill, private hot tub, covered car port, and level driveway with easy access. Parking can accommodate 3 cars. NO PETS ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE FINED. PARKING: Parking is restricted to designated spaces. No street parking. REFUNDS: Guest shall not be entitled to a refund in the event of early departure or events out of host’s control, including weather. WINTER CONDITIONS: November to April vehicles must have 4WD, AWD, or chains. SENSITIVE MOUNTAIN SEPTIC: Flush ONLY toilet paper. HOT TUB: Use good judgement. If you overflow the hot tub, you may be charged for refilling. DAMAGE: Notify us and we will work it out. Don’t notify us and we will notify Airbnb. PETS: Unless property is designated as pet friendly and fees are paid, pets are not allowed. Minimum $250 fine per animal. We ask that all guests abide by the house rules so everyone can enjoy their stay. Violations may result in your reservation ending early.
