Located right next door to the Sunbury Public Boat Ramp and about a mile from fuel at the Sunbury Crab Company Marina, this rental offers super conveniences for boaters. The space DEDICATED SPACE: The owners live upstairs of this home but have a completely separate entrance. Guests will only see them in passing as they depart the other section of the driveway. Guests will have complete privacy with this rental. Guests also have their own dedicated outdoor living space as well with the use of the entire patio downstairs. Drink a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the porpoises swim by. Walk out of the back door directly to the deep water dock for fishing and crabbing. CENTRAL LOCATION IN COASTAL GA: Away from the hustle and bustle, this rental is centrally located between Savannah and the Golden Isles. Head north to the historic district of Savannah about 40 minutes away or the the beach at Tybee Island about 70 min away. Head south about 70 minutes to the beaches of St Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Enjoy dining at all the local seafood restaurants along the way. Speaking of seafood, this rental is within a 10 min walk to a local favorite called the Sunbury Crab Company Restaurant. COMFORTABLE LAYOUT: This rental is perfect for 1 or 2 couples who want to explore the GA Coast. The unit has one large bedroom with a king bed and a fold out queen murphy bed in a cabinet in the large living room. There is plenty of room for the queen bed to be made up in the living room. Watch a movie on the 75 inch Smart TV from the leather couch that comfortably seats 4. There is also a 42 inch Smart TV in the bedroom. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. The kitchen is also fully stocked so guests can enjoy cooking and dining in during your stay. Please note that there is no washer and dryer at this time (in future plans).
