Other things to note Welcome to Trail Creek Retreat. We’re so glad you’re here and hope you have a wonderful stay. To help everyone enjoy a relaxing visit, we ask that guests observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Because this is a large home, we appreciate your help with checkout procedures so we can keep the property in great shape and avoid additional cleaning fees. To maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking or vaping of any kind, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property. We’ve recently added new furnishings, and we kindly ask that food and drinks be enjoyed away from the couches. Parking is available in the driveway only, as street parking is not permitted in Eagle Crest. Your stay includes 10 Sports Center passes for guest use. If more than 10 guests would like to use the Sports Center at the same time, additional passes may be purchased for $25 per day. Included passes may be reused throughout the day. Missing passes will result in a $175 replacement fee. For your convenience, there is an extra refrigerator available in the garage. This is a pet-free home, which helps us keep the space comfortable for guests with allergies and those who prefer a pet-free environment.
