Relax outside in the saltwater pool, by the lovely curated gardens, or under the arbor in the shade! There's always a nice breeze rolling over the hills and through the backyard here. A poolside spot with a breeze is the next best thing to the beach if you ask me. Both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis! Unnecessary?...I say no Pet friendly (free!) and perfect for families or couples on a little luxury getaway. Can fit bigger groups with kids - double check sleeping setup if a large group 6/9/24 - added lots of pics! 3 bedroom 2 bath: 2 California King beds with high end purple mattresses (my favorites) 2 Full beds 1 human sized dog bed, it’s cozy for naps and kids or cuddling with dogs King Sofa bed that can fold flat and be moved easily with optional mattress topper. 1800sqft, single story, big vaulted ceilings throughout, 2 car garage with a smart garage door — garage potentially a game room in the future Master bedroom isolated on one side of the house - huge bedroom with a private luxury bathroom and jetted hot tub. Lots of large windows in the house in all rooms and natural light. A few cool light fixtures and modern luxury/quirky ceiling fans in the bedrooms. See entryway and dining room lights as well. They add a nice touch. Projector screen *work in progress 6/9/24* I do have the screen, but not the projector. You are welcome to bring one :P The plan is to lay on the floor mattresses in the living room and watch movies on the big screen. Yes, there is a big TV too but it’s not the same! Projector doesn't really work well with sunlight though. Some general highlights: - Host owns the home and can actually accommodate requests or suggestions - Not furnished in the cheapest possible manner by a third party company and not run by a host that has spent no more than 10 minutes inside the house. Basically this will have all the games that you would find on the ones you can buy off amazon, but it is a much higher end machine and will have games up through N64, XBox, Gamecube, Playstation etc and some new games. Will have arcade style joystick boards up to four players. Capcom Arcade I am still figuring out pricing so don’t hesitate to ask. I opened up the limit to 12 people but this would not comfortably sleep 10 adults without sharing beds and sleeping on floor mattresses etc. There is an extra charge per night past 7 people. A mix of adults and kids that exceeds 8 should work fine for any sleeping arrangements. Note that anyone staying all day or multiple days for a party should generally be counted as a guest. Everything is fair game. The whole house will be yours and any snacks, supplies, drinks are all up for grabs! Pool varies from 4 to 5ft deep and is about 56” in most spots. Pool is heated and saltwater. Cleaned weekly on Friday mornings. Don’t dive in it and there definitely isn’t a lifeguard. Life ring available. Shatterproof wine glasses available for pool use. Please don’t heat the pool without permission. You’re welcome to heat the hot tub but please read the instructions in my house manual. Leaving the pool heater running overnight or after checkout will incur a $150+ fee as this is quite expensive for me and bad for the spa. There are nice parks within walking distance. There is lots to do nearby and North Richland Hills and the surrounding area tends to be quite nice and higher end. There are tons of things nearby for families to do and it’s just a practical location in general to get around Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Irving, etc. 25 min from DFW airport 20 min from Fort Worth Stockyards, downtown and the bars and restaurants there ~20 min from Rangers ballpark and AT&T Stadium (Cowboys) 25 min from downtown Las Colinas
