Relax in this Southwest-style home with an open floor plan, private pool, and waterfalls. Living Room: -Gas fireplace, Smart TV (no cable) -Comfortable seating Dining & Kitchen: -Two dining areas, 3 barstools -Fully stocked kitchen, gas 6-burner range, Keurig coffee maker Primary Suite: -King bed, Smart TV, French door to pool -Ensuite bath with double sinks, garden tub Guest Bedrooms: -Queen beds, Smart TVs Outdoor Oasis: -Pool, firepit, patio table, loungers, umbrella, gated yard The space The home is a split bedroom plan with the primary bedroom to the left of the house and the 2 guest bedrooms on the right with a bathroom in between. The living room/kitchen has the open concept. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the number of bedrooms according to the number of registered guests. Other things to note Here are a few notes and house rules to read prior to booking: You will be given an access code for the time of your stay. Be aware that your code will not work after 11:00am on the day of your departure. As noted on the listing there are exterior cameras on the premises. One on the ring doorbell, one in front of the garage and one on the back porch. Only the number of registered tenants are allowed to sleep in the house. Guests are welcome but the owner must be notified for any that spend the night(s). There will be a $25/per person/nightly charge. Failure to do so will be a report to Airbnb There must be prior approval for any parties that will take place on the premises. No cats are allowed in the house and only the dog(s) with prior approval from the owner are allowed on the premises. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture at any time, or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. ($50) The AC/Heater thermostat is in the hallway next to the entrance of the primary bedroom. Outside trash and recycle bins to be placed on the curb upon departure. The wi-fi password is Vacation This is a NON-SMOKING house. If there is evidence of smoking in the house of any kind this will be reported to Airbnb and you will have to pay restoration fee of $200. If extra towels or pillows are needed there are some in the hall closet. Washer/Dryer are available for your use. If you want to wash your linens during your stay, please do not combine them with the towels in the same load or there will be a charge for replacement if they are ruined. If outside umbrellas are opened, please close them after use so no damage will occur with the random winds we have. The Pool guy comes by once a week on Wednesday. This is necessary and must be done to make sure all chemicals are good. Pool Rules– Tenants and guests must abide by these. Swim at their own risk. No lifeguard will be provided. No pets are allowed in the water at any time. Signs of pet hair in the pool filter ($25.00 fee) No Glass is allowed outside in the backyard. ($50 fee). No rocks (small or large) allowed in the pool ($10.00 fee) Broken glass found in the pool ($200.00 fee) Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8:00am. Please be considerate of the neighbors. No loud noises outside allowed during the quiet hour timeframe. At the end of your stay feel free to leave any food, condiments, toiletries, pool toys, etc. behind. The cleaning ladies will determine what items to dispose of. Upon Vacating, Please do the following: Beds that were slept in don’t have to be made up. The cleaning ladies will take care of the dirty linens and towels. Turn up the A/C in the summer months to 75 and in the winter, months turn the Heater down to 65 degrees All lights to be turned off All debris, trash and discards are to be placed into the brown and/or the blue bin (recyclable items) and placed on the curb upon departure. Be sure all exterior doors & windows locked upon departure and garage remote left on the kitchen countertop. ($50.00 fee) If you have a pet, All feces need to be picked up. ($25.00 fee) Dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and press start to clean. Linens/towels that are lost or damaged. ($10 per towel), ($20 linen charge) Broken Glasses/Cups ($5/ea); Broken Dishes ($5/ea) and Missing Silverware ($5/piece) Late Check Out – Any time after 11:00 am ($50/hour)
