Welcome to our freshly renovated house in New Castle DE, conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Delaware Memorial bridge and 15 minutes to Pennsylvania. This cozy modern home can accommodate up to 6 guests (2 per bedroom) and has 2 off street parking spots. (You will need to provide government-issued photo ID to us and a $1,500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion) The space The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and an open concept kitchen flowing into the living room and dining area. A power room and laundry room are also located on the first floor. The main bedroom has a king size bed, 65" 4k TV, 4 piece ensuite bath and 2 closets. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed, closet and 55" 4k TV. Conveniently located in charming New Castle, this spot is perfect for both work trips and leisure stays. You'll have easy access to major employment hubs: the Port of Wilmington is less than 2 miles away (a quick 5-minute drive), the Delaware City Refinery is about 11 miles (~20 minutes), and the Marcus Hook Industrial Complex is roughly 12 miles (~20 minutes). When you're ready to explore, you're very close to the historic streets, museums, shops, and riverfront Battery Park of Old New Castle. Plus, the popular Wilmington Riverfront attractions and the Chase Fieldhouse sports complex are just a short 10-12 minute drive away (approx. 4 miles and 2.5 miles respectively). Guest access We use a keypad deadbolt and will send you the door code on the day of check in.
