Welcome to our freshly renovated house in New Castle DE, conveniently located just 5 minuets from the Delaware Memorial bridge and 15 minutes to Pennsylvania. This cozy modern home can accommodate up to 6 guests (2 per bedroom) and has 2 off street parking spots. The port of Wilmington is located 1.9 miles away, the Delaware City Refinery is 10 miles away, and 12 miles to the Marcus Hook industrial complex. The space The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and an open concept kitchen flowing into the living room and dining area. A power room and laundry room are also located on the first floor. The main bedroom has a king size bed, 65" 4k TV, 4 piece ensuite bath and 2 closets. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed, closet and 55" 4k TV. Guest access We use a keypad deadbolt and will send you the door code on the day of check in.
