With four bedrooms, seven beds, and three bathrooms spread across multiple levels, it comfortably fits up to 8 guests looking to disconnect, explore, and gather.   Sleeping arrangements The top floor hosts the primary bedroom, complete with a king size bed, a private patio, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom on the same level offers two bunk beds with four twin beds - great for younger guests - alongside a shared bathroom. Head down to the second floor to find another bunk bed bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a bathroom with a tub and shower combination.   Living spaces Cathedral ceilings and large windows define the main living area, pulling the surrounding forest right into the room. A fireplace anchors the space, and a 75" TV gives everyone a place to settle in after a day on the trails. Downstairs, a dedicated game room keeps the energy going - pool table that converts to ping-pong, an arcade game, a seating area, a TV, its own fireplace, and direct patio access.   Kitchen and dining The kitchen is set up for full group meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker and Keurig on hand. Cooking basics, wine glasses, a blender, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils round things out. A dining table brings everyone together - whether it is a proper sit-down meal, a board game session, or a slow morning coffee.   Outdoor setting Private decks extend from multiple areas of the home, offering quiet spots to breathe in mountain air and take in the forest views. A private patio or balcony and a private backyard with outdoor furniture add more space to spread out. The property backs directly onto hiking trails within the San Bernardino National Forest - no drive required to start exploring. A gas BBQ grill is ready for evenings outside.   Amenities and comfort Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep the home comfortable across seasons. Wifi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common space make it easy to stay connected if needed. A washer and dryer, essentials, hangers, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron are all provided. A crib and Pack 'n play/Travel crib are available upon request for families traveling with little ones.   Home safety The home is equipped with exterior security cameras on the property, including a Front Door and Backdoor Ring Camera, along with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is available via smart lock - a unique code is issued for each reservation.   Location Set in the Blue Jay community of Lake Arrowhead, the home is a short drive from local dining, cafés, grocery stores, and Lake Arrowhead Village with shops and seasonal events. Guests receive 2 ALA passes - each covering up to 5 guests - granting access to private walking trails around the lake. Along the trail, you will find guest lake access points, small sandy shoreline areas between the docks, and fishing spots. Note that the private beach clubs (Burnt Mill and Tavern Bay) are accessible to homeowners only. For water activities, waterskiing classes are available through the McKenzie Water Ski School in the village.   No cats. Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs may be considered at an additional fee. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
